When collect such non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

How we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How we communicate with our site visitors

TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

This website is owned and operated by From Felicia. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors physical handmade products to complement self-care practices . By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Retention of right to change offering

Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of From Felicia. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold From Felicia harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall From Felicia, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, From Felicia assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in London. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Fulfilment of Orders

 

After you have placed your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been fulfilled i.e. taken to and accepted at the post office to be shipped out by Royal Mail.

We aim to fulfil your order within 1-2 working days from the date you placed it.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship worldwide.

It is your responsibility to track your parcel's location. If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to ask your local sorting/post office for your parcel. 

UK Shipping:

  • You may select from either 'Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For' or 'Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For'. The first typically delivers within 1-2 working days and the second typically delivers within 2-3 working days. Note neither comes with the ability to actually track your parcel's journey.

  • Free UK shipping is offered on retail orders of £70 or above. This offer applies to UK orders only and includes channel islands and the Isle of man.

International Shipping- Europe:​

  • We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which typically delivers within 3-4 working days and provides you with a tracking number, so you may track your parcel's journey.

  • Please see the 'international customs, duties, & VAT' section below and note that orders that must pass through customs can take up to 4 weeks to arrive once they are shipped- this timeframe is out of our control.

International Shipping- Other:

  • We use Royal Mail International Tracked, which typically delivers within 5-7 working days. 

  • It provides you with a tracking number, so you may track your parcel's journey.

  • Please see the 'international customs, duties, & VAT' section below.

We shall not be liable for loss caused by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Non-Delivery, Incorrect Addresses or No One Available To Sign For and/or Collect Your Products

Your Shipping Confirmation Email will contain your Royal Mail Tracking Number. It is your responsibility to track your parcel's location. If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to ask your local sorting/post office for your parcel. 

 

Refunds will not be issued for goods that have been shipped and returned back to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or to collect your products.

 

Re-delivery: you will incur re-delivery charge(s).

International Customs, Duties, & VAT

 

(Please note, there is no VAT currently charged on our products.)

 

If customs and import duties charges apply, they are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by you, the buyer/recipient of the parcel. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can't advise on what the costs will be in advance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for current charges. 

In person collections / pickups (***this option is no longer available***)

 

If you place your order by 9 pm, your order will be available for pickup the next working day between the hours of 9:30 am - 6 pm.

 

There is no guarantee that orders placed after 9 pm will be ready for collection the next working day-. Please wait for email correspondence from us on when you may collect your order.

 

Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.

 

The pickup postal code is usually EC2V 5DU. 

 


Return & Exchange Policy- Yoni Eggs, Yoni Oils, Breast Massage Oils, and E-products

 

No returns, refunds or exchanges are available on yoni egg crystals due to the nature of their use.

No returns, refunds or exchanges are available on e-products because these products are immediately downloadable upon purchase.

No returns, refunds or exchanges are available on yoni oils and/or breast massage oils as this is the only way we can ensure that bottles have not been opened by customers who change their minds.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy- Custom Yoni Steaming Herb Blend Orders

A refund is only available on your order up until the point where you have submitted the 'Personalised Yoni Steam Blend Questionnaire' (link available after you have completed your purchase- on the order confirmation page).

 

Once you have submitted your questionnaire, a refund on your custom order will no longer be available because we begin processing your order immediately upon receiving your questionnaire. 

 

Returns and/or exchanges are not available on custom orders, as we will not be able to re-sell your custom blend to other customers.

 

Return & Exchange Policy- All other items (i.e. all items excluding custom yoni herb blend orders, yoni eggs, yoni oils, breast massage oils & e-products)

 

You may return your item(s) only:

  1. If it is undamaged;

  2. If it is in the original condition you received it in i.e.

    1. unused,

    2. unopened, and

    3. in its original packaging (all labels must be affixed and unopened/unbroken; all tamper seals must be intact);

  3. If the original invoice/receipt is included

 

We will inspect all returned items before issuing a refund to ensure that they are in saleable unused condition.

 

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Notify us of cancellation in writing within 14 days of the goods being received by you*; and

  2. Return the goods within 14 days of the date you received it; and

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the cost of item(s), as well as the original shipping charge, based upon the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your canceled goods.

 

*Email us at contactfromfelicia@gmail.com with subject line 'return' and include all of the following information:

 

1. Full Name

 

2. Address, as provided on the original order

 

3. Your order number/reference

 

4. Reason for Return or Exchange

Please note that:

  • We can not refund returned items that are damaged in transit. Items are your responsibility until they reach our office- you are responsible for ensuring all returned items are wrapped in suitable packaging to prevent damage to the items or their packaging.

  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned in error.

  • We strongly recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service that insures you for the value of the items that you are returning. This protects you against lost or damaged goods.

Incorrect Items Received

 

If you receive an incorrect item from us, please:

 

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contactfromfelicia@gmail.com;

  2. Attach to your email a photograph of all items received, so we can see the incorrect item(s);

  3. Send the incorrect item back to us using the original postal packaging your order arrived in

We will then:

 

  1. Arrange an exchange once we have received the incorrect item from you;

  2. Reimburse you for the postage you paid to return the incorrect item to us 

Broken Items Received

If your order arrives broken, you may receive a replacement without any additional charges as long as you:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contactfromfelicia@gmail.com;

  2. Attach to your email a photograph of the broken item(s), so we can see the broken item(s);

We will then arrange for a replacement to be shipped out to you. If the item is out of stock, you will have to wait until it is re-stocked to receive your replacement.

 

Lost and Stolen Items

 

We do not take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen in transit. Please selected a tracked and signed for option if your item is likely to be kept in an unsafe location, or if you are not around to collect. 

Please note that all From Felicia herbal products are handmade and 100% natural and so tend to have variations from batch to batch.
